The young participants made furniture models, drawing on the aesthetics of Enzo Mari and Rietveld.

From idea to object

Wooden pieces and drawings arranged on a workbench for making furniture models.

The materials and proportions could readily be translated into full-size furniture. The models were both objects in their own right and a starting point for further making.

The workshop concluded with an exhibition organised by the participants at the museum, which ran until 17 December 2023.
